I graduated from high school in 2019 and looked forward to starting college at the University of Denver in the fall. However, I received another offer for a second internship with Chegg. After my first experience as an intern, I was thrilled to accept the offer and commence a second internship with the company. One drawback was that I would not have the pleasure of working for Ramya again as I would be working in a different department under new management. Another new thing this time around was that I would not only be working at the Chegg HQ in Santa Clara but would also have to commute to the office in San Francisco. Although new challenges were present, I was still extremely happy to have received the offer and was more eager to get started for my second stint as an intern for Chegg.

I remember Day 1 of my second internship being very different from Day 1 during my first internship. This time, I would start at the CalTrain and hitch a ride on the northbound train. After about 15 stops and an hour later, I then walked for about 20 minutes through the bustling streets of San Francisco to finally arrive at the massive office where Chegg was housed. I walked to the front desk and scanned my ID card, allowing access to the elevators, where I would ascend upwards to meet my new boss and team.
