Thanks to the several internships I had, I look forward to the workplace, which once seemed daunting to me. I personally do not exactly know where I would like to work specifically, but I would prefer to work in a business setting and make an impact early on. I am lucky enough to have several years of experience under my belt, so I feel I can adapt quickly to most jobs within a business setting and strive to work hard and diligently from the moment I arrive.

  • Competitive Analysis Consultant: East Lawn Cemeteries Funeral Homes Cremation Preplanning · Contract (Jul 2023 - Aug 2023) · 2 months

Sacramento, California, United States · Remote

  • Compared the online presence of East Lawn, including website, social media activity, and profiles, to those of regional competitors and national benchmark firms. Produced a framework that included ease of use (across PCs and mobile devices), functionality and features, clarity of purpose, visual appeal, and engagement. In addition, executed a price-comparison matrix that highlighted how the client stacked up versus their rivals and highlighted the challenge to customers of finding clear pricing information or guidance in "customizing and configuring" the service they needed. Presented findings and recommendations to senior management. The result was that the firm undertook improvements in the design of its website, including prominent placement for "get help here" live chat functionality, and embarked on a pilot program to test an "AI configuration bot."

  • Competitive Analysis Consultant: BONNEY WATSON · Contract (Aug 2023 · 1 months) Seattle, Washington, United States · Remote

  • Employed framework developed for Bonney Watson. Presented my findings to senior management, resulting in the initiative to reframe how pricing is offered to clients.
