Working on my final presentation was proving to be difficult, and I felt that I was not accomplishing what needed to be done effectively. I had plenty of struggles that I was able to manage and overcome while at my third internship, but I felt I had a few triumphs and successes in addition to feeling that I had little "takeaways" from Chegg. I struggled to find what I excelled at during this internship and despite having many points on areas I improved in, I felt unprepared in a way. I spoke to Kevin about the issue that I was running into, and he offered sound advice about what I was doing not only to work for the company but also to practice for a future career. I was so focused on completing the objective that I failed to realize I was doing standard office work that would one day benefit me.
Upon this realization, I grew a new sense of confidence and accomplishment. I know I had areas where I could explain how the work, research, team building, and connections I made at Chegg had drastically changed my character both within and outside the office. I could now add the final touches to my presentation and prepare to present the project to my team. After seeking help from my superior, I achieved the fullest potential possible; most importantly, I learned the true value of asking for help if you do not know entirely what to do.
